8点开始早餐。中式早餐有面条，鸡蛋，米饭和可口的中式蛋糕。我们向旅店的主人道别后，10点出发。坐在自行车上才两分钟，天就开始下大雨了。有3个队员需要换上更适合骑行的雨衣。我们离开这个城市，走上从这里通向下一个较大村子的路，令人意外的是，这条路积满水，非常泥泞，骑行很困难。
我们的一个队员摔倒在泥浆里，虽然浑身泥水，但幸运的是，没有受伤。我们的女队员也差一点滑倒，好在稳住了自己。有时，我们的轮子有15厘米泡在泥浆里，能不摔倒真是很不容易。车子难免泥迹斑斑，糊满泥的轮子有时转不起来，让我们不得不停下。
午饭后，我们向一家汽车修理厂借了清理工具，我们用水枪清理了自行车，让它们焕然一新。
然后我们开始了上山的路途，仿佛是在做肌肉训练。雨不停地下，下山时坡路很长，雨水钻进雨衣，打湿了行囊。

The day started with breakfast at 8:00. Everyone was kind of late, so 8:20. Chinese breakfast with noodles, eggs, rice and some delicious chinese cakes. Saying good bye to the owner, we left at 10:00 and sitting on the bike for 2 min, it started to rain that 3 of us got another set of a rain coat, which was more suitable for our bikes. We left the city and at the time we arrived the road from the current city to the next bigger village, we were a little surprised. The road was very wet and very dirty. There was so much mud on the road, that it was very hard to drive. 1 of our team fell into the mud. pretty dirty, but fun. Lucky not hurt. The lady in our round almost hit the same ground, but could catch her own fall before kissing the mud. Sometime during the day, our tires were 15 cm in mud and it was super difficult not to fall. No wonder our bikes were full of mud, sometimes stopping our wheels, as the mud blocked it. But right after lunch, we asked a petrol station for some cleaning tools and we got water and a water handgun. The bikes were shinny again, same as before, just completely wet. The rest of the day was training muscles for going uphill. Rain was always around us and especially driving very long downhill roads, put some water into our rain covered bags.

几座山赫然出现在我们面前，经过好几个小时艰苦的骑行，我们到达了几个村子，半小时之后，才找到了旅店。
Unfortunately several mountains came in our way and we had a hard work for several hours, until we arrived in the villages, where we still had to search for the hotel for 30 min.

晚上，没有足够的食物，我们自己在旅店的厨房里做了些吃的，还有一些是我们带的。

夜里12点半入睡。
In the evening, there was not much food around, so some food we cooked in the kitchen of the hotel and some we got from another city,12:30 bed time.

旅店没有热水，屋子里很冷，但床上有毯子。真是幸运...
The hotel had no hot shower, the room was quite freezing, but the beds had blankets. how lucky we are…

早上冲了个凉，和昨晚的待遇有天壤之别，呵呵。
COld shower in the morning, a different experience to the night the day before.
